James and I  spoke to Dee from Dee's Kitchen. We met at a community coking event where Dee was demonstrating traditional food associated with Diwali.  The event was organised by Mascot Hub  as part of the Cardiac  project worked on by Dr Jasmine Kapor, one of 5 sessions funded  Public Health Surrey.
