I spoke to  Ed Cima who has been having out of body experiences since the age of nine but it wasn't until he tried mediation that he learned he was able to take himself to an OB State (out of body) at will and meet everything from buddha, UFO's and aliens.

 

Ed told me about his experiences and how he has written a book 

Ed's Odyssey - How I met Buddha and the Aliens covers his experiences as a small child, living in the Tower of London for five years, overcoming addiction, starting a family and a successful business and then finally learning how to harness the unique power of his mind.
