World Mental Health Day

WEDNESDAY 11TH OCTOBER
Tuesday 10th October was World Mental Health Day. On Radio Woking breakfast the following day we reflected on that with Jen Clay from Oak Leaf Enterprise a charity based in Guildford who work to help transform lives through work training and support as well as other activities around well being and Mental Health.
