If you are struggling with sleep it seems you are not alone. There is a sleep crisis in the UK with the average Brit getting just 6.4 hours of sleep per night, despite needing 7.5 hours. For those with diagnosed health conditions, 18% say lack of sleep causes symptoms to worsen and 21% fall ill more easily44% of patients with a diagnosed condition who have used medical cannabis report a clinically significant improvement in sleep

Annie Segal from Bookham reached out to us at Radio Woking as she wanted to raise awareness of her rare condition called Rubinstein-Taybi syndrome - a condition that she got diagnosed when she was 3 years old. Annie spoke to Luke and I and told us about living with RTS and how it impacts her life. We also spoke about living with learning disability and how she is currently working at a hotel who have made reasonable adjustments for her in her role.
