Singer Yazz had the biggest selling single of 1988 with "The Only Way is Up!" Since those days she has re invented her self, found god and released a album telling the story of her journey to faith. She now lives in Spain, but was giving a talk at a church in London. I was lucky enough to be there and get a chance to chat to the lady her self Two decades on from "The Only Way is Up".

The Military Wives Choir topped the charts at Christmas with their single Where ever you are. The choir is made up of spouses of the UK military, and the song was inspired by letters wriiten to and from the wives and their partners who were on a six month tour of Afghanistan earlier in 2011.
Hayley Flood from Devon (Centre of picture) is one of the 100 strong choir and she told me how being in the choir has transformed her life.
