Chris Jee is the founder of Iron Gentleman, a tongue  in cheek take on the traditional  triathlon with less tech and more British gentlemanly quirks.
The event takes place from 1st August and includes twists on what you would expect from a triathlon including  112 miles on a penny farthing bicycle!

Three young football fans recently took on an extreme challenge of climbing Mount Snowdon, the tallest mountain in  England and Wales to support Woking and Sam Beare Hospice.
 Jax, Antonio and Abel met four years ago when playing football, and saw the connection their beloved Woking FC have with the Hospice. They set out on this challenge and raised nearly £8000 in the process.

With the end of term upon us Lee reacted to new research from Blue Light Card, suggesting many of us feel teachers deserve more recognition  for what they do and the roles they play in our lives. It seems we only begin to appreciate the impact of teachers after we have left school.
