We also hear about the connection between the football club and the hospice, who have been selected as the clubs charity of the year this year.

The Maybury and Sheerwater Community Trust (Mascot) hosted a  healthy heart session in Maybury. I spoke to  Consultant Cardiologist Dr   Sudhir Rathore who was telling the group about the risk factors when it comes to heart disease and heart attacks.
I also spoke to Michael Archer from Mascot who told me about funding that has been secured to enable a programme of health and well being activities for the community.
