As she approaches the BIG 40 on Christmas Day Former Journalist Beth Duffell has embarked on a list of 40 things to do before she turns 40. Beth joined for a chat and was able to tick "Doing a radio interview" off the list at least. She is raising money for three good causes through this challenge.
