Beverley Magowan and her son Noah joined me in the studio. Beverley, who is a nurse  the Evelina London children's Hospital, told us about  her recent  fundraising challenge which involved her abseiling down the side of St Thomas' hospital in a crab costume. This was in honour of her ward, the Beach ward at Evelina. We also heard about the work they do with young people who need transplants and dialysis.

Now it  has become a global success   with hundreds of people attending the Saturday morning sessions  across the world, including Woking Park Run which takes place at at Woking Park.
