Myself and Lara spoke to Nic Herring about Makaton. Makaton is a series of symbols and signs developed to aid communication for those who may struggle to communicate verbally. Nic  works in the care industry and has seen how valuable Makaton can be to individuals.

Navi stars in the Michael Jackson tribute show which comes to Guildford's Glive  on 29th September.
Navi is the only MJ tribute act  ever to be specially selected by Michael , and even got a standing ovation from the man himself.

BLOWING A GAYLE!
This was the view in Sheerwater overnight as liightning strikes lighting up the night sky. After a sleepless night due to the storm, my partner Lara decided to tweet about the storms overnight. BBC Surrey picked up on those tweets during their breakfast show  and invited her  to talk about what she witnessed.  I, by the way  was sleeping through most of the storm :-0

This is where vulnerable and disabled customers have a time in the supermarket where extra help and support is available if required. Radio Wey Monday 11th July
Euro 2016 is done and dusted,  all eyes are on Glasgow who are hosting the Homeless World Cup. This is a  fantastic initiative  which sees teams of players from all over the world over come hardship and challenges in their lives  to play football  for their country. I spoke to Lawence Broadie to find out more about this inspirational tournament.

Grace Evans is the Keeper of Costumes at Chertsey Museum. I popped down to the museum to chat to Grace, and look at the new exhibition celebrating five decades of fashion. Chertsey museum is celebrating it 50th anniversary and the clothing on display really gives a snapshot of how fashion has evolved over the last half century.
